Loved your take and reporting on this. You correctly pointed out where the finger should be pointed here. The partisan media that looks not for the truth, but rather for the leverage to promote their biased thinking. A media given credibility by those who have a voice in the mainstream media. Also, the tragedy that is this woman who thought such a display was necessary to advance her cause.

You are preaching to the converted here, but it Drudge's continued impact on the mainstream media can't be ignored. Just ask WaPo's Chris Cillizza.

It's a mystery to me too, really. I think more than credibility, he has influence over the mainstream media, and the fact that a man with no credibility is so revered says a lot about the current state of the MSM.
